LYNX CONSULTING were commissioned to work alongside KPMG and EDAW USA in the appraisal of the development of an integrated resort at Manama, Bahrain. This mission involved conceptualisation, master planning, market feasibility, and financial structuring. The resort components include a signature standard hotel, up-scale gated residential community, banqueting centre, marina, specialty retail and dinning, yacht club, and a unique entertainment concept for kids and adults.
