LYNX CONSULTING were commissioned for a due diligence exercise to develop a golf resort including a leisure club. In collaboration with Hecate International and David Hemstock & Associates, the mission encompassed the launching of a competition course, and the assistance in project conceptualization, master planning, design charettes and the development strategy of the project.
