LYNX Consulting were commissioned to prepare a portfolio of investment options for identified sites in the Port Ghalib project on the red sea coast of Egypt. The primary objective of the prospectus was to attract the interest of secondary investors. This required the conceptualisation of viable product concepts and inputs into an integrated master plan for the project.
