MATD-PORT GHALIB, EGYPT

LYNX CONSULTING were requested to work alongside a team composed of KPMG, EDAW, SASAKI, PROJACS & SUN INTERNATIONAL to structure the strategy of development for the first phase of PORT GHALIB in Egypt. The project is comprised of 3 international standard hotels, a resort village including diverse type of accommodations which will be complimented by value added products (e.g. retail, canals, water features, food and beverage etc.) and support infrastructure. Planned and designed by premier international planners with expertise in integrated community development, the development assists in the positioning of the Red Sea as a premier diving destination and adds to the tourism product of the Red Sea.
