BAKICHE TOURISTIC COMPANY SAL, LEBANON

LYNX CONSULTING were appointed to work alongside a team composed of HECATE and KPMG to prepare a market, financial feasibility study and master plan for the development of an integrated ski resort in a mountainous area of Lebanon. Key components assessed included residential, hotel accommodation, spa and wellness centre and ski facilities. The site encompasses approximately 1 million m2 and land uses identified include resort accommodation, residential real estate, sports and recreational facilities including lake, club house, and supporting services. LYNX CONSULTING has also been requested to comment upon the appropriateness of other components in order to assist in the conceptualisation of the development as a whole and assisted in developing a general master plan for the area working in close collaboration with the Ministry of Tourism.
