A team formed of LYNX CONSULTING, Hecate International, MZ Architecture & Ernst & Young was commissioned to engage into a tendering process for the development of a master plan for a mixed use project in the centre of Doha, Qatar. The project included a 4 star hotel, diverse mix of accommodations, office product, supporting retail, F&B, a Mosque and cultural facilities.
