With over 30 years experience in Information Technology as a Business and Systems Analyst and Project Manager, Martin has acted as a Consultant for Software Development, Implementation and ICT Infrastructure projects in a wide variety of business areas including Blue Chip companies in the Finance Sector. Martin also sits on the Advisory Board of LYNX where he advises on methods to enhance the level of service provided by Information and Communication Technology.

Alex McInnes, Building Mechanical Services

Alex is a professionally qualified Mechanical Engineer with 30 years varied experience in Operations and Maintenance, having worked in the UK and South Africa in the setting up of Planned Maintenance Systems, in line with ISO9000, and running the internal maintenance, including budgeting, purchasing and dealing with disciplinary procedures and hearings, in addition to being contracted to BAE with special mechanical and electrical contracts.

Wayne Fury, Residential Complex Management

Wayne, a Member of the Institute of Supervisory Management, has guided various facilities for the UK Ministry of Defence and has extensive experience in Transport Management and Logistics for over 20 years. Having professionally managed facilities in Germany, Hong Kong and Brunei, Wayne advises on timely and proper implementation of scheduled and preventative maintenance under a seamless CMMS platform.

Kamil Mogab, Facilities Management

Having graduated from the American University of Beirut with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and Building Mechanical Services, Kamil has built up extensive experience in Engineering and Facilities Management Consultancy throughout North America, the Middle East. the Gulf States and Europe. Kamil has designed and implemented Facility Management for projects throughout the region.

Rula, a leading architect and a graduate of the American University of Beirut and Oxford University, has been in private practice since 1980 and holds several landmark realizations, villas and interiors, residential, commercial and institutional projects as well as resorts and hotel developments, in Lebanon, Syria, Egypt, Cyprus, Mauritius and the US. Her forte resides in her ability to see a project through from initial phases of land use plan and conception to final touches of detailed design, working hand in hand with the client to achieve personalized, unique spaces, in keeping with economical, cultural and environmental constraints.
